Return and Refund Policy

Fair Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every bangle that leaves our Delhi workshop. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements and refunds are accepted by SPC Fashion Art, and how to raise a claim.

Eligibility

Returns and refunds are accepted in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defects observed within 7 days of delivery
  • Transit damage observed at the time of unboxing
  • Quantity mismatch versus the order invoice
  • Wrong product, colour or size shipped due to our error

What Is Not Eligible

To keep pricing fair for all bulk buyers we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made, hand-painted or made-to-order designs commissioned by the buyer
  • Used, worn, washed or damaged-after-delivery items
  • Claims raised after the 7-day inspection window
  • Minor colour or pattern variations inherent to handcrafted items (each set is hand-finished and small natural differences are part of the craft)
  • Bulk orders where the buyer has already commenced retail distribution

How to Raise a Claim

  1. Email or WhatsApp our B2B team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share order invoice number, clear photographs of the defective items and unboxing video if available
  3. Our quality team will review and respond within 2 business days
  4. On approval, we will arrange reverse pickup at our cost (for shipping-damaged or wrong-product cases)

Replacement vs Refund

Once a claim is approved, you may choose between:

  • Free replacement of the affected pieces shipped on priority (preferred for bulk buyers continuing the order line)
  • Credit note equal to invoice value, usable against a future order
  • Refund to the original payment method (processed within 7–10 business days of approval)

Return Shipping

For approved claims due to our error or transit damage, return shipping is at our cost. For buyer-initiated returns (where eligible), return freight is the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be packed in original protective packaging to qualify.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if production has not started. Once production begins, cancellation is subject to deduction of materials and labour already used. Custom and hand-painted orders cannot be cancelled once production commences.
